Dear Readers -- A sudden and unexpected situation has arisen, where my ebooks have all disappeared from Amazon. We're hoping it's just a temporary glitch that will be resolved soon. I'll post updates to my Facebook page and my author website as I receive them. 

 

Here's a statement my publisher just put out:

"Through no fault of RAP, Amazon has terminated our account. Our ebooks are no longer available at this time. We have formally appealed this, so please be patient while we attempt to resolve this matter. In the meantime, many of our paperbacks and audio books are still available."

 

Personally, I want to thank my new readers who've given me such wonderful reviews and kind comments on my Facebook ads over the past few weeks. Those comments have made me smile every day. I will do everything I can to help make the series available to you again. I feel badly for those of you who were mid-series and now don't have access to the rest of it.

 Updates!

 

It's been way too long since I've posted news about my books.  Life gets in the way, I guess.

 

I submitted Book #3 of the Morgan's Grove series to my publisher, and it will be released in 2025.

 

I'm also starting a new novel that's not part of either series, a standalone of women's fiction.  I'm excited about it!  I've written 90 pages so far, and hope to finish in early 2025.

I can't wait to introduce readers to these new characters -- Chelsea and Luka. They're new to the series, but they have a strong history with the village of Chilton Crosse (and with each other).

This one is special to me---it highlights my love for books. The main character is a librarian who works in a gorgeous library, where she hosts book clubs and children's readings. The minor characters of Book 1 are still around, plus some new ones (including a handsome/shy architect Chaynie used to know, years ago, in high school).

New Book Series!

I have good news to share!  For the past two years, I've been quietly working on a brand-new series.  This one is set in Texas -- a fictional town called Morgan's Grove.  The books will be a bit lighter and shorter than my Chilton Crosse books (think: Hallmarky, feel-good, super-cozy).  

 

Book 1 is tentatively titled LOVE STARTS HERE. 

My publisher, Red Adept, is on board!  Book 1 will hopefully be released sometime in 2020.  I'll still be working on the Chilton Crosse series (in fact, Book 5 is already in my publisher's editing queue).

BOOK 5 - Completed!

Look what I just typed! 

After well over a year of brainstorming and writing, 386 pages later, the rough draft of Book 5 is complete!

Next, I'll read over and edit it (more than once), conduct some additional research, then offer it to my publisher. No idea when the book will be released -- too early to tell. But let's hope it's sometime in 2020!

Thanks to everyone for their patience while I worked on this book.  I've got a full-time teaching job that keeps me busy, so I can only write on the occasional weekends, holidays, and summer!  

I'll post updates here as we get closer to the publishing process.

I Officially Have "A Collection!"

My publisher has just announced the upcoming release date of March 26th for "The Chilton Crosse Collection."  I'm thrilled!  This collection will contain the first three novels in my series.

My favorite part about this announcement is the "#1" in the title, which indicates there are MORE to come.  I'm currently hard at work on Book 5 in the series, and I have strong ideas for others.
